Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any of our products, including seasonal displays and decor.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email at LKNPumpkins@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the set-up. If the item is defective, severely damaged or rotten, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as pumpkins and gourds). We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
